There is a disproportionate number of youths that are disfellowshipped compared to adults. We were told that the reason for that was that they were more sexually active and inexperienced in hiding it.

What does a 12 year old do to get dfd?
I've known of 12 year olds getting disfellowshipped in my cong along with his 14 year old brother. I think it may have been drug, most probably marijuana, related.
The more their numbers are deflated the better.

Terry, concerning your bank loan/friend loan analogy both are moral responsibilities but you have the addition, with the bank loan, of a legal responsibility. The legal responsibility is how the state enforces and regulates what is at heart a moral responsibility. -

(think caleb and sofia etc).
their parents, who are probably aged between 20 - 40 are the very generation too that should not be here if the societies strict guidance from the 70's and 80's was followed by their parents...ie to not have kids "because the end is soooooo close!".

I too have been on food stamps and the process involved getting photographed and fingerprinted in order to prevent fraud. It was nothing close to easy.

Can you truly say that Bernie has "financed his own campaign"? He has millions and millions of dollars worth of donations and contributions, mostly from Unions and other Orgs that might benefit from his presidency.
Most of his contributions are from small donors in the $5 - $100 range. It is not mostly from unions who are not the great liberal powerhouse that the Right likes to imagine.

West European countries have done much better than the US as regards their standard of living. The recent economic situation was a worldwide event due to the Bank collapse of 2008, not bureaucracy in general.
